Kheema Bruschetta
Ingredients
- Mutton kheema 750 gms
- Onions - 2 medium (paste)
- Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
- Bay leaf - 1 nos.
- Cardamom - 3 nos.
- Turmeric - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
- Mozzarella cheese for topping
- Oil and butter (are you on diet)
- Tabasco sauce
- Baguette
Method
- In a wok/saucepan heat oil and butter (now enjoy the dinner and forget the scales)
- Add onion paste, cinnamon, cardamom and saute
- Add ginger and garlic paste
- Cook out the flavors
- Add mutton kheema
- Add bay leaf, turmeric powder, coriander & cumin powder
- Cook and add tomato paste
- Add salt and pepper
- Add fresh coriander and mix
- Toast baguette bread
- Spread kheema and top with mozzarella cheese
- Splash tabasco sauce
- Heat in oven to melt the cheese
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve
